Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 August 2026These Terms govern your use of Loop, a scheduling and publishing tool for short-form video available at loop.workin.top. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use Loop on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms for it.
1. What Loop does
Loop lets you connect social accounts you are authorised to manage, upload videos, schedule them, and publish them through the official APIs of those platforms. Loop is a tool: the content, the schedule and the decision to publish are yours.
2. Beta status
Loop is in private beta. Features may change, and the service may be unavailable at times while we work on it. We do not promise a specific level of uptime during the beta and we recommend keeping your own copies of any video you upload.
3. Your account
- Give accurate registration details and keep your credentials to yourself.
- You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by people you invite.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect someone else has access to it.
4. Connected accounts
You may only connect an account that you own or that its owner has explicitly authorised you to manage. Authorisation always happens on the platform's own screen — never by sharing a password. If you manage an account for a client, you are responsible for having their permission, and they can revoke Loop's access at any time from their platform settings.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to the videos, images and text you upload. You grant Loop only the narrow licence needed to store your content and transmit it to the platform you selected, at the time you selected. That licence ends when the content is deleted.
You confirm that you have the rights to everything you publish through Loop, including music, footage and anything featuring other people.
6. Platform rules
Publishing through Loop does not exempt you from the rules of the platform you publish to. You must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and those of any other connected platform. If a platform restricts or removes your content or your account, that decision is theirs and we cannot reverse it.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Loop to:
- publish content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, or that harasses or endangers anyone;
- impersonate another person, brand or organisation;
- distribute malware, spam or misleading links;
- publish to accounts you are not authorised to manage;
- attempt to bypass platform limits, or resell access to the API through Loop;
- interfere with the service — probing, overloading, or reverse engineering it.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, and we will tell you why when we can.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, change or remove features. If we make a change that materially reduces what you get, we will tell registered users beforehand. We may need to take the service down for maintenance.
9. Price
Loop is free during the private beta. If we introduce paid plans, existing users will be notified before any charge applies and will be able to stop using the service instead.
10. Ending the relationship
You can stop using Loop and delete your account at any time; deletion removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may end your access if you break these Terms or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice.
11. No warranty
Loop is provided "as is". We do not warrant that publishing will always succeed — platforms change their APIs, reject uploads and rate-limit requests, and that is outside our control.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and significant changes will be announced to registered users before they take effect.
