Each account is connected through TikTok's official login screen. The person who owns the account signs in themselves and approves the permissions. Loop never asks for a TikTok password.
Drop in a video, write the caption, choose which connected accounts it goes to and when. Everything scheduled shows up on a shared weekly calendar.
At the scheduled moment Loop sends the video to TikTok through the official API and records whether it went through. Published posts come back with their view and engagement counts.

Give an editor access to one client's account only. Every publish is written to an activity log with the name of who did it.
Agencies connect a client's account with the client's own authorisation. The client can revoke it from TikTok settings at any moment.
Loop uses TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API. Below is exactly which permissions we request and what each one is used for.

Nothing is published without a person creating and scheduling it first. Loop does not browse, scrape or interact with accounts other than the ones a user has explicitly connected.

Disconnect an account and its tokens are deleted immediately. Delete your Loop account and everything associated with it is removed within 30 days.
No. Every post exists because a person uploaded a video, wrote a caption and picked a time. Loop only carries out what was scheduled, and you can cancel anything in the queue before it goes out.
Yes, and the way it should be done: the client opens the TikTok authorisation screen themselves and grants access. Passwords are never exchanged, and the client can revoke Loop's access at any time from their TikTok security settings without contacting you.
The post stays in the queue with the error TikTok returned — for example an unsupported video format or a caption that breaks a rule — so you can fix it and reschedule.
Disconnecting an account removes its tokens right away. To delete everything, use the account deletion option in settings or write to us — we confirm within 30 days.
During the private beta, yes. Paid plans will come later and we will tell existing users before anything changes.
